Lux Asia had a sale last week so I got some makeup from Shiseido. I was very intrigued with their line, I only owned a duo blush from this brand and was very pleased with the product.
Anyways, this is my loot. Review on these products to follow. Didn't have time to roadtest them all.
First stop, I got the Luminizing Brush Powder in Bronze Shimmer for P600.00, original price is about P3,000+.
According to the site, the automatic brush-action face powder instantly gives a refined radiance. The contrast of color and light highlights facial contours and creates luminous overtones as the highly moisturizing powder formula lets skin maintain a fresh, natural feel.
When opened:
Here's a swatch:
Blended with my finger:
Push the button on top to close the cap. Careful with the falling pigments. I suggest bring the brush close to the nozzle so when you close the cap, the excess pigments will fall inside the tube.
I also got the Hydro-Powder Eye Shadow in Glistening Sand. I got this for P990, and it retails for I think about P1,200. (Sorry, I forgot the SRP. :))
According to the site, this eye shadow creates a glaze of intense color that shimmers from within. Cool to the touch, a dewy sensation spreads shadow evenly over eyelids to keep color moist and lustrous for a remarkably long time. Individual pots of color look brilliant alone or in combination.
Here's the swatch:
Closer look: (I also tried the Violet Visions shade, but when I swatched it and let it sit for about 10 minutes as I stroll around, I noticed that it got dark and a little greyish. It's because I'm acidic. So I didn't get that shade anymore.)
Of course, I also bought lipliners! Since I'm currently in love with lip liners, I got two shades. One is Mauve-Brown and the other is Red. I got each at P250, retails P900 / P990. :)
According to the site: Without tugging or pulling, this lip liner glides on for a perfect contour tht won't feather or smudge. If you like, use it to color the entire lip surface.
Swatches: Mauve-Brown above, Red below.
So everything's less than P3,000. Is it worth it? Well I think so. :) I'll definitely do a review on these products soon. I've actually used the eyeshadow and lipliners for a shoot last weekend. They were flawless! More on these soon! :)

Hopefully, there'll be more sale soon. Have you girls tried Guerlain? What products are good? Lux Asia also carries the brand. :)
